Grant Writing
TES has facilitated the writing of dozens of successfully funded technology grants, including eight federally funded Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) Competitive Grants, and two Improving Literacy Through School Libraries Grants. Tech Ed Services, Inc. also played a key role in the writing of UCLA’s National Science Foundation Grant, MOBILIZE, which was funded at 12.5 million in September of 2010. Prior, the company was also responsible for facilitating awarded California grants such as High Tech High, Digital High School, Technology Literacy Challenge, among others.

Universal Service Fund (USF/E-RATE)
The Tech Ed Services, Inc. E-Rate team methodology in the area of E-Rate program management can be described as a best practice model, with a strong feedback loop to support the needs for the reporting of progress and indicators of success in terms of district disclosures to USAC SLD/FCC. TES adheres to the California Department of Education and SLD recommendation that E-Rate can best serve the needs of K-12 districts when its application process includes all relevant stakeholders and provides a clear structure for ongoing internal communication. The TES model includes data collection, discussion opportunities and feedback to key district stakeholders on a regular basis, to help inform program development and facilitate appropriate course adjustment by participants.
